Brinlee Games

Brinlee has always had an amazing imagination.  I love walking from room to room seeing all the fun things that she has come up with.  These are Polly Pockets that she didn't want to get cold when they had to get out of the bathtub

Oh Buddy, always is getting dressed up.  Now that he is getting older he has learned to fight back a bit!

 

She loves to do puzzles, and she can easily spend a whole afternoon putting puzzle after puzzle together.

Brinlee is in love with Build A Bear.  She had the best time bringing her new friend to life.  She named her bear Baria, and sleeps with her every night.  Baria's birthday is April 27th and Brinlee asked me to remember and keep track.  Every once in a while she asks how many more days away Baria's birthday is.

Bear World

This was a day that our family looked so forward to for a long time.  When Andrew left for Wisconsin in April we knew that we at least wanted one last day as a family of three.  He planned his vacation and his flight to come in a day earlier before the baby was born so we could do something so special with Brinlee.  Whenever Brinlee was sad about her dad being gone I would remind her of our special day that we were going to have with just her. 

Over the course of the three months her dad was away she did chores at my house and Grandmas to ear money for Bear World.  She came up with four dollars that she packed around with her every day.  She never lost the money (although she did color on it :)  When her Dad came home she couldn't wait to show him her money she saved. 

I am so glad that we were able to have this day together.  It has been so amazing to be her parents!  She makes life so great! 

Me And My GIrl!

I am enjoying my bonding time with Brinlee so much.  Since Andrew has been gone its up to me to make sure that the love and attention she was getting with two parents is still happening.  I feel so grateful for the time that she and I have been given for our "girls" bonding.  We will never have this time again she and I, where it is just the two of us.  Soon we will add baby brother in the mix!  I am taking every advantage of this time we have.
